The Beams series is inspired by the use of structural supports in architectural buildings, further contextualized within the structures they inhabit. This design features a double-sided light source with adjustable height shades, two I-beams, folded and laser cut aluminum plates. The surface is treated with a waxed finish, balancing a sense of rigid industrialism with utility.
